* Delivery to mainland France by Colissimo with signature: 2 to 3 working days: Free

* Delivery to EEC, Great Britain, Switzerland, DOM-TOM with signature: 5 to 10 working days: €10 - Free from 300€ purchase.

* Delivery Rest of the world with signature 8 to 15 working days: €35 - Free from €500 purchase.

 

RETURNS

Free returns within 14 days after receiving your order. Simply write to us at contact@maisonmouche.fr and we will send you a link to download and print your return label.

Gold and diamond pieces are made to order, and in accordance with the Consumer Code, they are neither exchangeable nor refundable. However, resizing is possible on request by writing to us at contact@maisonmouche.fr

TRADES

We accept exchanges (silver and vermeil only) within 14 days after the date you receive your parcel.

You just need to write to us at contact@maisonmouche.fr and we can agree on an exchange process.
